Wish the process once at rental is faster!

The vehicle had an invoice due with SunPass and it was impossible for me to use my SunPass device. I was afraid about it and I canceled my second reserve and I did it with Payless. It was about the same price and with no problems. The Green Motion offered me to use their Sun Pass, but the price is abusive ($ 12,00/day) - for me, it will be $ 240,00 only for device + tolls.....

Waited over 2 hours because they didn’t have any vehicles in the class we PAID for. We received a vehicle from a cheaper class which we did not get reimbursed for.

Like: Great CS Rep (Henry) for the extra help. Outstanding service
Dislike: Car interior was clean. However, exterior and windshields were cleaned with dirty rags

Dislike: I did not like the sunpass charge that we did not know we had to purchase. That was a rip off. I could have paid all my tolls for around 30.00 I went through. They scare you into taking it saying 50.00 if you go through a toll booth with the ones that you have to have a sunpass on your car.They should tell you all about that charge before you rent

Like: The rental price was awesome and we received the model car we were expecting. Really appreciated the shuttle service too! Very efficient.
