The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental. I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport. Major ripoff I called the very next day to your company to complain. I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you. I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019. I then started a dispute with my credit card company. I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license. I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will. Worst scam ever, do not ever rent from them. They charge you $2000 deposit, force you to pay for sunspass even if not needed, customer service is the worst. You will end up paying triple at the counter than expected.

“Right Cars was HORRIBLE”

After completing the paperwork and being told that the coverage on my BMW M6 wasn't enough to cover the Nissan compact I was renting, the agent tried to tell me I HAD to get their insurance. I had called my insurance company (USAA) before my trip and they assured me my coverage was sufficient. When I told the agent (W. Curri) I would check with my credit card company to make sure everything was legit, he said he would not rent me the car and pulled back all of the paperwork. Leaving me stranded and scrambling for another car. I will NEVER do business with this company again and if asked, I will tell any/everybody about my horrible experience with them.

The staff at the counter was not pleasant and did not listen to me.This is in regards to insurance of the rental car. I am covered by my insurance for rentals in US and Canada. Staff at the desk forced me purchase a policy of $14.00 US per day for 21 days, total of $313.00 US. This is a rip off.The cost of the car was $252.US. All necessary documents was provided. Very bad experience with this company. No more.
