Great service and excellent value

Clear and straightforward, no issues. We were greeted by a Taiwanese lady at Queenstown Airport, communication was very easy.

The car I got from this rental company is really old compared to others. The power is poor and the car isn't very clean.

Car had less than 10k km on the clock and ran perfectly. A rotten constant-variable auto gearbox but that's the norm on hire cars.

I paid for a GPS for the trip as I didnt want to pay to use the internet on my phone due to being overseas but Apex does not offer any GPS. I also waited for an hour in the pick up zone outside, called 10-15 times and got nothing. I ended up walking in the rain to find the place.

The car was fabulous. The gps we paid extra for was terrible but they refunded it with no questions on drop off.
