Why do I have to fill out so many fields? If I don't want to fill it, just skip it. Gosh, it's gone again? The waiting time is too long. Also, they kept trying to sell me insurance.

“Terrible”

I was waiting for 75 minutes with tired kids for my prebooked car to make ready. Attendent over the counter was so rude and didn't want to help me. She forced me to upgrade my car to give them $100. I was completely unhappy and never did business again.

“A Good Value Company.”

Like: Efficient and helpful. Car was allocated, prepared and ready to drive away. Would choose Advantage again.
Dislike: Lots of stickers still attached to the vehicle. This spoilt its appearance but not my job to remove them. Presentation needs improvement.
