The car was right, the attention was very good in front desk

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE FROM THE TIME I WALK INTO THE OFFICE. STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST NOT ONLY WITH MY EXPERIENCE BUT ALSO WITH OTHERS.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

They did not explain what was needed for insurance and charged me without telling me. They also tack on a bunch of hidden fees like mileage and sunpass once you get there...

False information about toll roads and insisting on paying 13.99 per day to cover tolls which we did not need at all. They said all Florida highways were toll roads. Arriving very tired and having to deal with this was very upsetting and disappointing.
