Cheap initial deal was deceiving because of the extras that needed to be paid. Lack of flexibility.

Was told the class/size of vehicle I booked wasn’t available, hence I had to leave a bag in Dublin with relatives. Witnessed the same routine with another customer when I returned the vehicle, which makes me wonder.

Have yet to see a refund which the so called price protector achieved for me, certainly hasn’t hit my credit card. And it’s now 3 weeks since my hire started.

Never ever again ... over two hours for the pick up process ... ridiculous

CAR IS DAMAGED AND BAD , STAFF ANREWES WAS SO RUDE , WATING 46 MINUTES TO BE PICKED UP

AVOID. Terrible experience. awful customer service. poor quality of cars. Everythings hidden in the fine fine print. Asked for £1,800 when arrived at check in. £30 extra money for boarder fees. and £95 upfront incase i didnt return full tank. Didnt have a similar car i purchased. Had to give me a manual Car and i asked for automatic car. First car they offered had engine managment light on. Overall shocking experience.
