Good services easy to use

Great new car. Need for a deposit despite having excess insurance is a pain. Otherwise a very good experience for the price

This company try to rip you off in as many ways as they possibily can. Be very very very carefull.

The car we had booked was unavailable so we were upgraded to an SUV which was unsuitable for our needs being too wide. Other customers were also complaining when we arrived and we were fobbed off by being told this is what to expect from budget car hires. The body work was badly scratched.

Agent was not able to honour the price agreed. He insisted I paid for additional insurance I did not want or need as I have a credit card that covers car insurance. He repeated refused to accept my position. He just said he could not let me have car without an extra insurance payment that was four times the cost of the rental itself. The only choice he gave me was to take it or walk away with no car. I shall never book with them again unless this issue is explained properly.
