Punctual and reliable, the car was in good condition

The pick-up service was quite good. I called to confirm the pick-up location, and a car arrived promptly. At the office, the paperwork was quickly sorted out. However, they initially gave me the wrong key, so I couldn't start the car at first. I thought there was an issue, but then realized it was due to the incorrect key. The inspection was fairly simple, the car was in good condition, clean, and relatively new. Returning the car was smooth as well, with just a quick inspection.

The service is quite good, the car is relatively new with just a few thousand kilometers, and is in good condition. Returning the car is also easy, just hand over the keys.

It was pretty good overall, but the car wasn't full of gas when I picked it up. I mentioned it later.

The staff is not very friendly and helpful. Not as good as all the other car companies I used recently
