The pickup point is not at the airport, and the store's attitude on the phone was very bad. You have to wait at the airport for the staff to deliver the car, and the same applies for the drop-off; you need to make an appointment over the phone for the staff to pick up the car from the airport. The phone is almost unreachable, especially on weekends, and the staff's attitude is rude. They hang up after a few words, and I had to rely on QEEQ customer service to help contact them.
The car had an engine warning on from the time I collected it. Engine power was resuced. The car was sluggish and not running smoothly. Not fit for purpose.

Need to ensure that the cars are in proper working order.
“Great value disappointing end to trip uploading photo of so called damage on bumper”
About Wheego:7.0/10
Great value couldn’t fault qeeq however car was hired through wheego and they tried to claim off our insurance for an non existent scratch on the underside of the car on return. Must be getting commission from each car they get to claim off even the guys co worker couldn’t see what he was looking at only that we spoke for ourselves he backed down. I would never rent from wheego again because of this.
The car condition and the rental company were quite good, but returning the car was a bit challenging. The actual drop-off location was not the same as mentioned in the QEEQ app. The previous location was closed, and now it is in an outdoor parking lot near the airport. There is also some walking distance to the airport terminal, making it less convenient than before.
I have already sent a formal complaint email to Carfree. The issue started when I picked up the car in the parking lot and noticed the left front tire had low pressure. I approached their staff to check, and they told me there was no problem—low tire pressure was normal for a car that hadn't been used for a long time. They refilled the tire pressure themselves, and trusting their professionalism, I drove the car away. Upon reaching my destination, the car was parked at the hotel entrance. When preparing to return to Krakow, I found that the left front tire had lost pressure again. I went to a nearby tire shop for inspection, and it turned out the tire was leaking from a previously repaired spot (I recorded a video of this). Acting responsibly, I called the rental company to report the situation. Right off the bat, they told me that because I didn’t purchase their insurance (I only had full insurance from Zuzuche), they would charge me 5000 PLN. What the heck!? No investigation, no discussion. Customer service gave mindless, robotic replies. After several rounds of arguing, they made up a story claiming that the tire was damaged by a rock and demanded I pay for two front tires. I have already sent a formal complaint email to Carfree. If their vehicle inspection standards upon return are like this, can I interpret it as risking customers' lives for profit? Charging the entire deposit without any investigation is utterly outrageous and predatory. This kind of foolish handling cannot be tolerated.
Please refer to the email I sent to booking@zuzuche regarding order number 1004095432 yesterday. I trusted the platform's contracted company and specially went to the airport to pick up the car. This was the result.
“Very bad as I have been SCAMMED by Wheego. Say away from these cheap polish rental companies.”
About Wheego:2.0/10
Wheego is an absolute scam. Stay far away from this company. If you don’t use their insurance, they will fabricate a scratch or damage when you return the car, no matter how careful you are. They’ll then hold your entire deposit (€780.49), claiming the repair costs exceed the deposit amount, even for something as minor as a small scratch. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere!
QEEQ - Ban this supplier! They are making you look bad!
About QEEQ:10.0/10
QEEQ are very helpful as always. I hope they can help me claim the money back from AXA insurance.
