Absolutely amazing and super fast!

Super easy to find right after getting off the plane, they even drove the car over for us and the staff were really friendly.

Everything was pretty good overall. The only issue was there weren’t enough staff—when we arrived earlier than our reserved time, no one was on duty. Make sure you plan your reservation time carefully in advance.

Booked a Ford Focus but got a Kia K4 instead. I wasn’t expecting much from Kia at first, but once I picked it up I realized the space was way bigger than the Focus, it was a pretty much brand-new car with just over 9,000 km, and the tech was great too. I was really happy with it. They didn’t try to upsell me at pickup—probably because I’d already taken full insurance—and returning the car was super easy as well.

Overall it was pretty good, but they never told us exactly where to pick up the car, so we had to go back and ask a second time before we finally found it.

They didn’t have the exact model I originally booked that day, so they gave me a Jeep Compass instead. The car was in really good shape and very clean. The front desk staff’s English wasn’t great and the accent was quite strong, but it was still basically okay to communicate. I had already bought extra insurance through Zuzuche, and they didn’t try to upsell anything. When returning the car, I just handed over the keys and they didn’t do any inspection on the spot, but the deposit was refunded pretty quickly afterwards. Not doing a walkthrough on return does feel a bit risky though—if something comes up later and they want to charge you, it’s hard to argue. Overall they seemed like nice people, just maybe not the most thorough in how they handle things…

Got a brand-new Fiat, and both pickup and return were super smooth.

Overall everything was great. The only weird thing was they insisted the driver’s own VISA card had to be used, and wouldn’t accept my friend’s even though we were traveling together as a couple. Pretty rigid policy. Luckily I had a Mongolian VISA card on me, but I still lost some money on the exchange rate. QEEQ’s service was absolutely excellent.

The wait in line was really long.

Plan in some extra time for pickup at the airport—there were quite a few people collecting cars so we had to queue for a bit.

Saw this deal on QEEQ and originally wanted a Toyota Corolla, but at the counter they gave us a Subaru Crosstrek instead. Drove over 600 km on the Great Ocean Road, even went on some muddy roads, and it handled really well, so we didn’t bother insisting on the Corolla anymore. The whole trip went smoothly with nothing to complain about.

First time renting with Hertz and it was a pretty good experience. The car was very new, less than 30,000 km on it and still had that new-car smell. They said there might be an early return fee but it didn’t seem to be charged in the end. Overall, nothing unpleasant at all.
