Hobart has many mountain roads with frequent changes in speed limits. Luckily, the BMW 1 Series was new and had excellent driving feel as well as a heads-up display for speed, which was very helpful.

There was still some mild upselling. The vehicle condition could be better maintained. It seems to be a legitimate large car rental company, but the vehicle condition is quite average. It's drivable, but with high mileage, driving it feels a bit laborious.

Shuttle Service Very Slow - 60-80 minutes each way
The pick up and drop off process took 60-75 minutes from reaching the airport to departing with the car (and vice versa). Extremely slow due to the shuttle process (waited 30-45 minutes both ways). The counter staff is reasonably pleasant, but the shuttle service is quite poor. The ideal service would be to wait less than 10 minutes on each side and this is far from that!
