Fantastic experience – super simple process, very fast paperwork, absolutely worry-free.

They swapped me into a similar model, which actually drove pretty well, but it’d be great if you could give a heads-up next time. Service was friendly, the whole process was straightforward, and the place was relatively easy to find.

The car I got wasn’t the exact model I booked and the trunk was a bit small, but it was actually pretty nice to drive.

I actually asked to upgrade to the new Q5 myself, cost about an extra 100 RMB per day, which felt quite reasonable. It had assisted driving, a huge gas tank, smart headlights, and quattro AWD. On a full tank you can easily do around 800 km. In five days we covered Banff, Yoho, and Jasper with zero stress. Banff National Park is definitely worth a second trip. Just keep in mind rental cars will always have a few minor issues—just mark them down and take photos and you’ll be fine. The first black Q5 they gave me had a problem with the buttons, so they switched cars for me, which took a bit of time but wasn’t a big deal.

Booked a Citroen C3 but got a Peugeot 208 instead. Since it’s the same category and the car was very new (registered in 2026), it drove really well and everything was great over the 4 days we used it. Pick-up at London City Airport was fast, but the rental staff didn’t come with me to inspect the car—they just handed me the keys and told me which bay it was in, so you really have to take your own photos and videos for your records. We returned the car at Manchester Airport, where a staff member checked the car with us on the spot and completed all the paperwork right away—very quick and efficient.

Pick-up was super quick and hassle-free, and there were no extra charges at all.

Really responsible staff — I lost something and they helped me track it down. I’ll definitely rent here again next time.

Picked the car up around 6:30 with no line at all. Paperwork was done really fast, and they even offered me two models to choose from. I went for the Highlander and it turned out to be the larger Grand Highlander. It used more gas than I expected, but with four people and four big suitcases, it was definitely more comfortable.

Pick-up and drop-off were pretty smooth, but there was no staff around when I returned the car. About an hour later they charged me 1,611 euros, claiming there were scratches on the body. I’m still dealing with the insurance claim now, luckily I had taken out the extra full coverage.

Awesome experience! Budget had a crazy long line, probably at least an hour and a half wait. Avis was super quick, and on top of that, it ended up cheaper than Budget for the same price range!

Pickup took quite a while. My booking was for 12:00 noon, but there were a lot of people, so it took about 45 minutes just to finish the paperwork. Then I had to wait until 1:00 pm for a staff member to drive us to the pickup lot, and that ride took almost 20 minutes as well. Overall it felt really long.
