The service was fine, but the car was changed from a Ciena to a Chrysler. I understand Americans value consistency in car models, but the Chrysler was really hard to drive. Went back to the store the next day to switch to a newer Chrysler, which was a bit better.

Wrong type of car had a negative impact on my trip.
I was very disappointed I didn't get the vehicle (or equivalent that I booked). I booked a small fuel efficient car but was given a large car with poor fuel efficiency increasing the cost and environmental impact of my trip.
