The car's condition was quite average. The windows had an oily film, making the front windshield very blurry at night when it rained. The interior light was broken, and one car door was extremely difficult to open. The car roof was also dirty, likely from scratches caused by luggage. Although I added the store's WeChat account, the staff didn't speak Chinese. When we couldn't find the return location and asked for help, they just pointed out we went the wrong way and told us to keep circling without clear instructions.

Hertz provided excellent service. There was a staff member guiding us to pick up the car. Although the return was outside of business hours, an employee was already waiting in the parking lot. The whole process was very efficient, definitely worth using their service again.

The counter staff had a terrible attitude. When returning the car, they came up with all sorts of reasons, claiming the car had an odor. Odors are subjective and hard to definitively judge, but the counter insisted on deducting a 5000 THB fee. This is outrageous and unacceptable. They clearly know travelers need to catch their flights after returning the car, yet they chose to ignore customers and delay, risking us missing our flights (I was held up at the counter for nearly an hour). It’s obvious they just wanted to pocket the 5000 THB deposit. This car rental experience was extremely upsetting. I never expected a Thai car rental company to act so unreasonably, blatantly charging unjustified fees.

Booked the basic package with no additional insurance on QEEQ, but purchased full insurance on-site. The cost was roughly the same, paying 800 Thai Baht for three days of full coverage. With full insurance, there was no mental burden, and car return was completed instantly. The only disappointing issue was that I was charged twice with a temporary authorization of 5,000 Thai Baht. Not sure if it was intentional or accidental—only noticed later through SMS. I specifically mentioned this to the counter staff during the car return.

The pick-up process didn't involve much service. They handed over the key without much explanation, so I had to figure out the car's features myself. The car's condition was average. When returning the car, there was a delay due to an accident, but they didn't make it difficult and even joked around a bit.

They provided a car with over 160,000 kilometers. Later, I had an accident and went to the hospital, so a friend had to return the car on my behalf. I tried coordinating with AVIS to waive the 3,745 THB penalty for not personally returning the car due to force majeure. However, their customer service acted like robots, repeatedly stating their manager disagreed, while refusing to let me speak directly with the manager.

In 2019, I rented a car in Phuket with my family. It was great, just make sure to check the car carefully during inspection. Any small scratches should be noted by the staff. The experience was pretty good. I rented the car in downtown Phuket and returned it at the airport. The staff barely looked at the car when I returned it, making the process very smooth. Now it's 2024, and I'm planning to go to Kuala Lumpur and rent a car again. I was surprised to see a reminder of my 2019 review. Well, if the experience wasn't good, I wouldn't think of renting again. Support QEEQ, keep up the good work! Grow stronger and bigger! Make it easier for us to rent and return cars.

A call to Bizcar before drop-off was needed to avoid long waiting for their staff to get the car but we were not informed at pickup so had to wait and almost caused us late going to the gate for departure.

Not so convenient to pick up car if tou are from international airport as it needs to pick up at domestic airport and go thru several unnecessary baggages check again, baby car seat is not clean but car is new and in good condition and staffs are all friendly
