The efficiency is too low - 30 minutes to pick up the car and 10 minutes to return it. For T2 departures, you need to allow at least an hour for returning the car, as train services are infrequent and it takes half an hour to reach T1.

There’s a counter for the same brand at T2, so I don’t understand why we have to go to T1. Even if going to T1 is necessary, the pickup instructions only consider T1 arrivals and don’t account for transferring from T2 to T1. I had to ask airport staff to figure it out myself.

Pickup and drop-off were very easy. I chose the oldest and lowest-tier car, but if I had another chance, I wouldn't choose the oldest car again. It had high fuel consumption, loud noise, poor driving experience, no rearview camera, limited side mirror visibility, no in-car charging, and no phone mount. Having a phone mount is crucial to avoid accidents, and charging is also important to prevent anxiety.

After arriving at the airport, no one was there holding a sign to pick us up. Before our departure, someone added us on WeChat, but after arrival, they didn't answer WeChat calls. It took 10 minutes for someone to respond, saying they were on their way and needed 20 minutes. In the end, we waited 40 minutes. The car pickup experience was poor.

The overall service attitude was quite good, but there is a significant difference between the vehicle inspection at pickup and return. When picking up the car in a dimly lit underground parking lot, photos were taken of all sides of the vehicle. However, during the return inspection, it took place outdoors in well-lit conditions, and even the lower parts of the front and rear bumpers were inspected. I encountered an issue where they claimed there were scratches underneath the front bumper. There was clearly no collision, and I couldn't provide photos from the pickup because who would take photos of the underside in a dark parking lot? Although no compensation was ultimately required after negotiation, the experience was not great.

I found out that picking up the car after 5 PM incurs a charge of 150 MYR. I was only 5 minutes late, at 5:05 PM, but they still insisted on charging me. I feel extremely angry. Firstly, I was just 5 minutes late. Secondly, the fee is very unreasonable. It feels like they are trying to make money off situations like this.

The rental office is located in the city, far from the airport, even though I specifically searched for a company that provided airport pickup. I feel deceived. After driving 50 kilometers, the car broke down and disrupted my trip. The car was not properly maintained before being given to customers, posing a risk to life! I feel deceived again.

Very good! T1 car rental company is the only one with a guest lounge where you can sit in air conditioning while waiting for paperwork to be processed. I arrived at T1 but mistakenly set my pickup location to T2. The staff at T1 directly handled it for me and even upgraded me to a Mitsubishi Outlander. Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly.

The location is easy to find. The store is on the basement level, and the car is parked by the roadside near the store entrance. The pickup process is very quick. The car rental manager is helpful, and basic English is sufficient for communication. You can purchase full insurance on-site, otherwise, in case of an accident, you would need to pay upfront and claim reimbursement later. If the fuel level is lower than at pickup, it's 10 MYR per missing bar. For returning the car, note that you need to circle around and approach from the right-hand side of the one-way street near Starbucks.

Pickup counter is located at KLIA Terminal 1, but it was not clear on the Voucher. We had to figure out after reaching there that we need to travel to T1 using bus to pick-up. Took ~25-30mins to reach, and another 25-30mins for car pickup. The car provided was old, didnt have Apple Car Play or Android Auto.

The rental was through Hertz. There was a bit of a wait because someone else was picking up a car when I arrived. I picked up the car on January 24th, two days after my birthday on January 22nd, and Hertz had prepared a birthday gift, which was very thoughtful. January 24th was also Chinese New Year's Eve, and Hertz had a New Year gift prepared, which was very considerate. The service staff were excellent.

I prepaid all the fees in early January and called in advance to confirm. However, when we arrived at Kuala Lumpur Airport at around 10 PM on February 5th, the rental company told us that there were no cars available. We were nine people, including elderly and children, with a lot of luggage. Can you imagine how I felt at that moment? The next day, they told us to pick up the car from another rental company in downtown Kuala Lumpur. I went there in the scorching heat, only to find the gates locked and no one working. Can you imagine how I felt then? My entire itinerary in Malaysia was disrupted. This was my first experience using your service! Now I am asked to rate and select a car before I can submit my review. Fine, I'll randomly choose one, but you did not fulfill your contract. I reserve the right to further appeal and expose this issue online!
