Staff at the airport greeted us with a sign.

The car was quite new & clean, I'm very satisfied with the condition of the car. Customer service was polite, very helpful. However, the whole experienced almost got overshadowed by the drop off process. The staff was late for 45 minutes, which in turn makes me almost late for my flight. I have had better car rental experience in the past, where staff responsible for pick up/drop off will often contact/whatsapp me as soon as my flight landed.

The platform is easy to use. Convenient to purchase additional rental insurance.

Was replace with Toyota Corolla although I was hoping to get Honda Civic as per my booking but the car is in good condition and new.

I ordered a more expensive Myvi but the Europcar offer me a lower rental fee car Bezza. Excuse is Myvi is all rent out. If that's the case, it shoud not appear on website that Myvi is still available. I told the airport staff but they can't do anything. While returning the car, the provided phone was not pick up cause I have to leave the car in traffic ticket risk and goto Europcar counter to call someone for car return check.

Car rental website is easy and smooth. But like I comment on Europcar, different lower rental fee car is provided.
