When I arrived at the counter, with a reservation, they told me they didn't have any cars. No explanation and no other options. Because I asked around at other counters, a manager overheard me and was able to get me a car but the staff at the counter were terrible and dismissive. It took me well over an hour to get a car.

Like: After a day of tedious travel delays, rude and indifferent airline employees, and other impatient travelers, Thrifty ended my long day by treating me like a valued customer. My delays put me in my destination after closing time; the main call center contacted the counter to let them know to wait for me. I didn't make it home in time, but thanks to Thrifty, I made it home.
