Good overall, satisfied. Staff were nice. When picking up the car, I noticed a visible scratch on the right rear bumper and a yellow warning light flashing on the dashboard.
Very satisfied! Completed the car rental procedure online, and it took only two minutes to pick up the car on-site. I even got an upgraded RAV4, super happy.
The staff at the counter had already prepared the car keys after the flight landed. The handover was completed quickly after checking the rental documents and reminding me to use E10 fuel. Kudos to Hertz!
