It was okay, but the car's condition was quite average. I guess it was because I rented it late, and it was probably the last automatic small car available. There were around 20 to 30 defects on the exterior.

They closed the office before the closing time with no information. Hence I couldnt pickup my car but had to rent another one

Person at the desk apparently had no idea car had been paid for on Qeeq. Car was full of scratches but overall everything went fine. I'm waiting for the deposit to be refunded.

Qeeq wrongfully informed me the security deposit for the booking would be 150 euros instead of 1000+50 for fuel.

Car was spotless inside and out. Received a free upgrade. The counter staff were extremely friendly and very efficient. They explained everything really well.

Budget and Avis are together, and the actual rental was handled by Avis. The address provided on the order was incorrect and there were two given. When we couldn't find the store at the first address, we assumed we had the wrong place and headed to the second address. We called the rental company to inform them we'd be late to the second location. After a half-hour walk, we still couldn't find the store. We contacted the rental company again, and they said someone would come to pick us up. Once the representative arrived, we learned the actual store was at a different location. He drove us there to complete the rental process. It would be helpful if the correct address was clearly provided to avoid such confusion. When returning the car, the store was closed. We called, and someone came out to collect the keys. The return specifics were noted at our request. Regarding the credit card deposit, we were initially informed that Avis would lock the deposit amount. However, about half an hour later, Budget locked a separate amount on the card. When we went to the store to inquire, the staff said they hadn't locked any additional fees and couldn't check until the next working day. We contacted customer service, and the first representative hung up claiming they couldn't hear us. The second representative promised to look into it. Two days later, they informed us the locked amount was for fuel charges. We were okay with the fuel charge but not with the unauthorized lock on our credit card without prior notification.
