There was no wait for the car when I picked up and the staff was very nice and friendly for the return.

QEEQ had incorrect drop off information which added about an hour to my return trip!

The car was in pretty terrible condition. The engine light was on (we were told they recently replaced it and didn't have time to reset the settings). The gas was only a 1/4 full (though they initially told us it was full). The AV system did not work. The location was incredibly difficult to find (it was listed as "in terminal" pickup, but ended up being 20min away at some random place that did not have an office or sign). The only saving grace was that the associates who worked there were easy to communicate with and accommodated picking up the car at the airport (as was originally advertised on QEEQ).

Smooth communication in English. Although the car is small and has 70,000 miles, the power system and interior are well-maintained.

Though the van itself had issues and had to be replace midway through our trip, the customer service at M7 was excellent. When we first picked up our van, Gus offered us umbrellas to use throughout out rental time in case of rain. Then when we had car trouble he took responsibility for it and replace our van with a new one the next morning. Gus was excellent to work with.

Car was old and no water in windshield wipers.we had a replacement car when it got a flat tire.which was newer but the headlight were not adajusted properly.

Overall satisfied, but the store is quite far from the airport and requires a shuttle bus.
