Low price, no need to discuss the service.

There are hidden charges. If you don’t ask, they’ll add a bunch of random extras like insurance, towing, and toll fees, and ask you to sign. Do not listen to the store staff's upselling. Many of these are already paid for on QEEQ, just tell them you want zero extras.

The booking included an additional driver. However, the staff at the store said it would cost $15. After contacting the rental platform and preparing to pay upfront, I went back to the counter and dealt with a different staff member, who processed it directly. It should have been included from the beginning. I don’t know if the previous staff member was rushing to finish work and claimed it was not included. Very disappointing.

I recommend choosing a big company. I picked this one just to drive a Chrysler 200c, but there were only three Kias available, and they didn't offer any upgrades. I was forced to drive this old car. Ridiculous.

The suv exceded my expectations.

I am happy to select this company because I found what I wanted: to reserve a car and pay at pick up. Other companies asked me to pay in advance. I surely will continue using EasyRentCars.
