It took over an hour to complete the paperwork. Terrible service. I booked an SUV but got a station wagon instead. If I had known, I would have booked the station wagon from the start, since it's cheaper. They charged £120 for a second driver. When I wanted to cancel, they told me it was fine and that I would get a refund, but I never received it.

Upon arrival at the rental location, they insisted on mandatory insurance fees. Since we were already there, we had no choice but to comply.

The car was a joy .. your team work very hard but are charming and an enormous asset to a budget level organisation ... I get rolls Royce service for really competitive prices ... thank you

All I would say is make it clear tonew people renting that they have to drop off at the pick up point .. your literature implies you deliver back to the airport and then call for the shuttle ... this is not the case ... other than that you are great .

The car had a wheel hubcap missing, dents, chip marks in the paint all around the vehicle and was not as expected. The clutch biting point on this car was at the very top of the pedal and it did not drive as expected.

The shuttle service from Gatwick runs only every 30mins. We had to get a Bus service each time and never got the hotel/rental shuttle as we expected. This location is some miles from Gatwick, more than expected.

The car that i ordered was not available. i was offered an "upgrade" - pick up track.... poor choice. poor condition, broken tail light. got a feeling that the only thing that this company is looking for are ways to make me spend more money (super expensive additional insurance, paiud 100 pounds to rent to kids boosters), etc.
