Wonderful

I had a wonderful journey. The store gave me an upgraded and modified vehicle, which had impressive power. Since most areas in Kota Kinabalu are mountainous, having a pickup truck was absolutely perfect.

Overall service was satisfactory.

I originally booked a car, but they said it was unavailable and upgraded me to a Toyota 4x4. The exterior was extremely dirty and damaged. Unfortunately, I needed a car, so I accepted. The next day, I found cockroaches and ants inside.

KK company operates fairly professionally with clear and complete documentation. The service attitude is also good. However, the condition of the cars leaves much to be desired – they were dirty, old, and damaged. One of the cars we rented had scratches all over. It seems their vehicle fleet might be insufficient. Typically, operational vehicles in Kota Kinabalu have yellow-painted rooftops. One of the cars we rented had a yellow rooftop with KK lettering, while the other one didn't, making it unclear where that vehicle came from.
