The staff were quite friendly. They required translation software as they generally spoke Portuguese, not English. It's a large, professional, and safe company. The shuttle bus was very convenient, and there is a counter on the first floor of T3. The car condition was decent, but the wait time in line was long.

Quanto ao veiculo, em face da caracteristica da utilização, atendeu as nossas expectativas. A devolução me foi possibilitada ser feita ao lado do aeroporto, o que me facilitou bastante.
