Very satisfied, no pushy insurance sales, and no hidden fees. The staff are easy to communicate with and very friendly. Don't rent electric cars; charging them is troublesome.

Budget is a budget company, understaffed, cars which are generally not clean (seats, floors and windows are hardly given attention) and upon return the office was closed resulting in dropping off the car key at the dry cleaners. Safe to say that I had to follow up regarding the hold and money I paid for the fuel using my credit card.
