Hassle-free rental * customer service responds promptly

The car was extremely old, and the tires were severely damaged. This is by far the worst car rental company we've ever used! Everyone knows how dangerous a tire blowout can be on the highway, right? My first tire blowout happened with this company's car! After the incident, there wasn't even a warning triangle in the car! We called the roadside assistance company (AA) and they assessed the other tires could only be used for another three weeks! It's that bad! If you value your life, don't use this company! Stay safe!

It was an old car, I couldn’t even use apple play. The deposit money will be refunded in 20 days which is too long, while other rentals would just take for 5 days.

Do ask about the excess and the insurance and they do not mention it. We had to ask a couple of times, I guess it was just the language barrier.
