I definitely would rent with you again. They upgraded my car at N/c since you were out of the car I rented. Didn;t need such a bigvehicle but took it anyway since nothing else was available. Was a bit upset when I called for p/u at the airport and it went to voice mail. Had to callback 2 times to get somebody but she said she was there alone and on the other phone.

Service providers were good and truly tried to help us rectify our problems.

Had to wait while they cleaned the car after it was delivered to me. Gas tank was nearly empty upon receipt.

Terrible service as they refused to give me the promised 12 passenger van. The staff at the counter said they have the 12 passenger van but reserved for higher up people. And then the manager named Gordon lied and said they don’t have any 12 passenger van. I saw several 12 passenger van in the lot and took picture of it. This is a scam.
