Long bus ride to rental car pick up, and due to construction was hard to find the drop off. Car was not clean but was able to choose from a selection of car available. I just so happen to choose a not so clean car.

The counter staff explained everything clearly and provided a GPS device. The GPS had free Wi-Fi and calling features, which were great! Except for the fact that the navigation wasn't very precise, it was convenient to use.

The rental vehicle was excellent, The Rental agency was poor in honoring the Easy Rental booking. Had to be overcharged for items that were included in easy Rent, such as additional drivers, insurance and cost of vehicle
