Cheap & no-frills but perfectly adequate for what I needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they were also mandarin speaking so it made things alot easier.

All was great but the child seat could have been better. The provided seat was too big for my 2 year old.

It was an old car, I couldn’t even use apple play. The deposit money will be refunded in 20 days which is too long, while other rentals would just take for 5 days.

Horrible pick up experience. Rude staff. Tried to charge us our excess for insurance up front (claimed miscommunication). 7pm at night and the rude staff member tells us we need to go elsewhere. Another member of staff came to speak with us 10 mins later and finalised the pick up. Car radio didn't work. Wasn't in english so we couldn't use for our whole trip

The car I got was exactly what I asked for and was really clean. The only downer is that the whole computer system was in Japanese and it could not be changed, there was also no USB port which is what I requested.
