Very slow on pick up and not much communication during wait to be served. Staff could be mor friendly. Full check car on drop off and write all ok on paperwork.

My vehicle had bluetooth, rearview camera, touch screen radio. It did NOT have automatic windows or door locks which was a hassle considering it’s 2019. My other family members were upgraded to SUV and they paid half of what I paid .... The check-In process was brutal, they kept 1,800US for deposit which was bot written ANYWHERE And I had to call my insurance long distance to prove I was insured because he did not believe my proof of insurance...

The staff refused to give me the car unless introduced a bank document or paid an extra $249 . When I refused and asked for the manager she told me in would need to hold $1800 on my credit card to take the car. In had no choice. They also left me at the airport for 45 minutes in 99 F heat with a 4 year old. The car stunk of cigarette smoke.

When my husband went in to let her know, she ignored him. Horrible customer service!! My Credit card was charged $500 instead of it being simply a hold for the 2 day rental. I'm not disputing through the credit card company. Just horrible
