I waited longer than necessary to pick up the car. There was only one attendant at the counter. It was a 11:00pm pick up.

Long and slow processing. Long wait time both at rental counter and shuttle. Boarded shuttle with 10 other people but we had to wait over 20 minutes.

Price drop protector is good but not perfect. Most of the times the prices can drop lower than the price drop protector indicate.

Dislike: At the beginning they told me that I have to pay another 200$for insurance liability. I was very upset since you told that I am not going to pay anything at the counter. Then they told me that I don't need to pay that. That was a relief.The other point is that they asked me if I like to pay 10$/day for tolls so I payed for 8 days and I used it twice. It would be better if they explained how much does it cost each time because I saw on the highway that I was able to pay it on line
