Booked the RAV4 model guaranteed and got exactly that. Fantastic rental overall, especially given the price. 40,000km on the clock but no issues whatsoever. Definitely factor in the extra time for pickup. They will pick you up in a normal car so make sure to ask what registration is on the car doing the pickup and make a note clearly. Also make sure you have something to call in, SIMs are not really available on the arrivals hall from what we saw. Pickup is outside departures before the W pink sign, outside door number 3. Windscreen had pre-existing chips in them which make me a little uneasy - hope there's nothing under the hood being neglected. Overall, will rent again.

Great Rentals is totally run by chinese people, who in large only speak in chinese, our pick up driver had very little understanding of english and this made it very difficult when explaining we were on a tight schedule and needed to be taken to our car rental straight away, I had called the office the day before to explain that we had to be in the cbd for an appointment within an hour of arriving. The only language spoken in the office was chinese and maybe one or two staff had adequate english to deal with queries, so to sum up. Great price and car was as ordered, adequate pick up and drop off at airport but needs to be faster and drivers needs to speak english, office staff need to be better trained in customer service and only speak english when customer are present, this would be my reason for not booking again.
