Good rentcar

I did notice it until I was driving to my destination but the check engine light was on and remained on the whole time I had the vehicle. In addition the vehicle seemed to be out of gear even though it was an automatic that something could be wrong with the shifting or acceleration. I caused several minor scares throughout the time I had it.

Overall a decent experience. The car served my needs. The thing I hated the most was that I had to pay a Security Deposit when I arrived, after I had already paid for the rental before I got there, and I also purchased the extra car insurance. I did not think that was fair. Plus that extra step cuts into the waiting time which was too long as well.

My car that I booked was not available. I was given a different car. It really was not what I expected, but what option do I have?

We were charged more than what our contract said. It was just $8.00, but it's disappointing to be charged more than what our contract said.

The car was a horrible, lots of damages and the engine was producing some noise the whole time
