Great car. Slow service

The owner personally picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and recommended local attractions.

Very good

The service was quite average. We had an early flight and hoped for a timely car return, but they barely made it on time. They almost delayed our shuttle to the airport because they were attending to another customer. Luckily, Auckland Airport isn't very big, so we didn't miss our flight.

Overall the car was good and new but booking was made for 8am pickup however we waited almost 3 hours for Rental office to open which delayed our short trip. Location of rental pick was not easy to find.
