Hertz makes business on reported damages more than rentals itself. Very unfair!! Never anymore.

I hope everyone can be punctual. Arriving on time at the counter will be quick, usually within 15 minutes. The counter staff is friendly and not verbose. Once asked if you bought full insurance, they won't recommend it again. I walked from the long-distance train station to terminal 1 to pick up the car. The route is a bit long, but there are many signs. If you plan to go to another country, be sure to mention it in advance. It should be noted on the receipt and the fee charged. Otherwise, you need to find a Hertz location near Germany to add to the contract before leaving the country, which can be inconvenient.

Picking up the car was convenient, and the vehicle standard was upgraded when I picked it up. Great! When returning the car, we arrived very late, and there was only one staff member who told us to fill in the return time and mileage on the rental agreement and drop it into Hertz's mailbox. How to handle possible parking fines during the trip is still unknown. Will it be deducted from the credit card? Please contact me, Hertz!

Great service, both pickup and return were very convenient, but the rental location inside the train station was a bit hard to find.
