Traffic jam when close to the return location suggested to leave early to drop off the car

I've got chevrolet instead of Kia. I believe it is a better car. Easy to drive. Just nice for 2 persons with 2 big luggages.

aged car and doesn't seem to be good mechanical condition. very dirty air duct with strong smell of dust. empty tank when getting the car, need to find gas station immediately. I will never use Tarma again.

Collecting car process was seamless and straightforward. The rental car was full of scratches that we need to take a video of it as a proof before signing off. When we returned the car, the process was speedy and no major problem.

Love the platform and the promotion given as the price is more competitive compared to other platform.

Excellent. They have a WhatsApp chat service which is very helpful for visitors with only a data plan. They even contacted me on the day of rental to confirm my arrival. Unfortunately, because it was not easy to know Tamra closes at 8pm at the time of booking on EasyRentCars (my flight landed at 8.30pm), I almost could not collect my vehicle and it would have destroyed my itinerary. Fortunately, Tamra helped me to arrange for a late pickup smoothly, and checked in on me to see if I picked up the car in the end. They even reminded me to take pictures of the car, something a new rental car driver may not do. The return process was extremely smooth too. 10/10 would rent again.
