Good rental, no big surprises, nice car

Excellent service, very quick when picking up the car. They even upgraded the model as the same model was not available.

We had already purchased full insurance, but they insisted I only had basic insurance. They charged an extra 20 yuan per day for insurance and forced us to buy the gas in the tank. Although we used only a small amount, they refused to refund the money. Overall, the cost ended up being much higher than other major companies.

Aggressive upselling

Dollar was great and I would use it again.

Dollar overcharged me at the counter. The agent was less than friendly and always high pressure to up sell additional insurance, EZ pass, upgrade, etc.
