Very recommended.

The car model was upgraded for free, and it was a brand-new car with only 300km mileage in Lisbon. Major rental companies are located within the terminal, while local brands require a shuttle bus (operates every 20 minutes) to pick up the car outside the airport in a commercial area.

Not bad. I didn't buy insurance in China, thinking it would be better to buy it locally. But the staff on site said that this is a 4*4 high-end model, and it cannot be covered by full insurance. This means that if the car has a major issue, we would have to pay 6000 euros.

Very satisfied

The service was particularly bad. They first asked how many suitcases you had and then said they wouldn't fit. They kept pushing you to upgrade and buy insurance. The waiting time was too long. Never choose this rental company in Portugal again.

There was a line at pick up, it was well organized with the take-a-number system but still took about 30 minutes.

It was easy to book the rental and everything was ready when we arrived, very well done.
