1. Easy pickup, prompt service, received the car within ten minutes after calling. 2. Thorough inspection, attentive service, the staff proactively marked any exterior flaws on the car and reminded me to take pictures. 3. Quick return, I drove to the airport and there was staff already waiting, completed the return process within five minutes.

Need to sign another contract with 5000 baht deposited for car damage. The document had a small tick on one damage, it was rule out after request. But it was signed and return to the staff of KPN. Got the image that any mirror scratch( such as scratch by sand) will be charged. It is bad feeling than other car rent companies in Bangkok.

Easily the worst hire company ever. Nobody to handover vehicle. No staff on the counter just a phone number. A phone call was made and all I got was an idiot asking me if I wanted a taxi. In the end I had to get the airport staff to phone the hire company. It took over 90 minutes. The deal was advertised as a meet and greet service. Returning the vehicle was even worse . I was concerned with not finding staff to handover vehicle and missing the flight. I had to take the vehicle to the companies storage area . This place is very hard to find not being signposted. I had to drag my bags over a rough gravel parking area and then to a train station. As of the beginning of October this company no longer has a counter at the airport. The main hire office is at a Toyota dealer near don muang airport. The head office is at a taxi dealers near lad Prao . There is no hire service at don muang. A terrible hire experience.

Nobody was at Meet&Greet Point from KPN. After many calls and more than 60min somebody from KPN comes to the location where i should pickup my reserved car. The staff not speak very well english and it takes further 15min to get the car in good conditions. Next time no more KPN.
