Picking up the car was efficient with plenty of staff. However, returning the car was a hassle as there was only one staff member who was busy managing returns and airport transfers.

Car met expectations and got me from A to B. You pay for what you get, but the staff were helpful and released my $500 deposit straight away.

Surprising good quality of the vehicle given the price. When we picked up the car, the guy took about 20 photos of the car including the inside, seemed excessive. When we brought it back, they wouldn't give me a receipt and the whole process of returning it seemed a bit sketchy, but hard to beat the price we paid.
