Car had lots of scratches and damages and not so clean from inside.

First car had very little tread on the tires and nothing like what I expected so I complained. Waited a very long time for a different car.

Like: Ease of dropoff
Dislike: the 1.5 hrs it took to stand in line to wait for service.

Like: Good mileage.
Dislike: Vehicle seemed to have some steering issues. Especially bad handling when going through small dents in the road on the freeway at highway speed. Also there was a big bulls eye in the windshield that looked like an attempt to fix it had been made. Didn't notice it until I drove off the site and immediately went back in to have it noted on my damage sheet. I wondered if I hadn't caught it would I have been charged with the damage? Also I will never rent a car in Colorado ever again due to the crappy new law that requires compensation to the rental company for each day the vehicle may be off the road if it needs repairs. One more step toward Californication of a once great state.

Like: Upgraded car. Liked the car. Good overall price compared to others.
Dislike: Charged us for toll monitor even though we didn't use it. Our sales guy didn't want to take it out, so he told us there would be no charge if we didn't use it.
