They should have more staff knowing that August is very busy. We 2 hours to get the car is madness.

However, there were too few staff, resulting in slow service. I waited for two hours.

Lisbon location is a scam. When dropping off the car, they charge us for a microscopic spot on the edge of the door which was already there when we rented it out. It wasn't even visible, other clients agreed with us that it wasn't visible but the attendant told us it was our fault and charged us. Either we pay that amount or they will charge us more. Luckily we had the insurance from QEEQ but also from our credit card so we managed to get it back. But be very careful when renting from this location. I had rented from the Pisa location and all good.

Terrible service. We had to wait 4.5 hours to collect our car and another 90mins for the shuttle to get us to the airport after drop off.

The price was 7€ however they wanted to block 1800€ on my CC incase of anything that happens to the car, which is a huge amount and of course I didn't have almost 2000€ , so the other option was to pay 81€ for the car insurance and they would only block 300€ then. So the car rental price was expensive at the end but there was no other options.
