Didn’t get car comparable with a Chevy Impala. We got a Toyota Camry. And it had right front end damage. The panel was loose! Not a comfortable ride.

“More agents needed at SEA-TEC airport”

The wait time in line at pick up was far too long. When I was finally able to get to the counter the agent went to Dollar (next booth over) to inquire if I could get the same type of vehicle for the same price because Fox didn't have any available. Lucky for me they did, but I had to haggle with them about the price because the Fox agent told them something different from my reservation, but I was able to show the Dollar agent what I had reserved & wanted. If I had not had the information to show them I don't know what would have happened.
