Hassle free booking, new vehicle in excellent condition

I always drive myself during trips in Thailand, but this time I made the mistake of choosing this rental company. They did not inspect the car before lending it out, which led to the vehicle not functioning properly. The issue was an old battery that prevented the car from starting, almost causing me to miss my flight. The company is quite large, but I recommend that if you rent from them, make sure to get a new car.

Returning the car is inconvenient because you need to find someone at the counter.

Not great, heavy accent in English, doesn't speak Chinese

The staff was quite friendly and efficient. The return process took just one minute. There was an error in my booking time, but the company allowed me to pick up the car approximately six hours earlier and return it an hour later. Great service.
