Terrible experience

They could use more late model ⁹vehicles

Quite simple and quick

They tell everyone there who is using their own insurance, that their property coverage isn't high enough, even though they have different values and the only notice is the liability amount minimum required... thereby forcing everyone to get additional insurance. There isnt communication on how to find the car rental place. Thereby making it a long and confusing search.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the free shuttle, it never showed. Another car rental company was nice enough to give us a ride to the office. Once there, we discovered that there were very few rentals available and the customer service staff was not helpful. They demanded that we carry $300k in liability insurance and provide documentation of such. We did not have it so we were told we had to purchase their insurance, which raised the cost significantly. We decided not to rent with them because of their unethical business practices.

the company official informed me that I should be obliged to hire more insurance than necessary. at the time of the pickup I did not know all the information and it ended up making my hiring more difficult. In other companies in miami, I did not have the worst experience I had in right cars. so I will no longer hire cars for the right cars and I will still denounce the abusive practice so that other clients will not fall into the same situation.
