The vehicle is brand new and has a spacious rear. We managed to fit two 28-inch suitcases, a 20-inch suitcase, and a large handbag perfectly. The staff explained everything very clearly and were extremely polite! The rental company processed our order quickly without any extra charges! We're very satisfied with their service attitude! This experience added so much enjoyment and comfort to our trip!

The Car exceeded our expectation, the service also, highly recommended. If you are planning to drive there make sure to take the card for road tax as you will be constantly paying it and there won’t be other option in some cases than the automatic payment.

Check engine oil warning light came on after two days. The gas station attendant helped me call the rental company to confirm the type and added oil. Feels like the inspection wasn't thorough enough.

The staff on April 8th was quite indifferent when handling the car pickup.

I didn't have to queue when picking up the car. I got an upgrade to the second model, and the staff were very friendly, patient, and clear in their explanations, always with a smile! Highly recommended!
