Free upgrade, and the pickup and return service was very friendly. However, at the end, it seemed like they overcharged by two or three hundred and I didn't follow up.

First time using their car. Picked it up at the airport and returned it at the border. Service was good. After returning the car in Aqaba, they drove us to the border (even though there was a fee, we were still satisfied). The car was in decent condition. When picking up the car, the gas tank wasn't full, but it's the same when returning it anyway.
