The staff patiently taught me how to use the car, and the return check was quite relaxed, not nitpicking about minor scratches or dents. They also quickly sent me back to the airport. Very satisfied.

Employee in person and then employee on the phone said I could have brought the car back later due to their slowness in providing me with a car. No one mentioned any price to pay on top and I have been “secretly” charged 40€. Had to check statements to notice it. Terrible planning at pick up (bank holiday apart) and customer service not transparent

The car was ok. The pick up was dreadful and slow. The service at the puck up was so slow. I would advise that the cheap price is not worth it. Very vigorous selling of insurance that was factually incorrect
