The process for picking up and exchanging the car was quick. The rental company was very thorough in noting scratches on the car, and it's recommended to record a video for documentation. Additionally, the car provided was very clean, but its mileage had already exceeded 100,000 kilometers, and the handbrake was not functional.

Overall, I felt quite satisfied. The process of picking up and returning the car was very quick.

Great service, everything went smoothly

Only one person on the desk and they were fully occupied with another customer for 20 minutes before serving me so not a great start plus whilst the car was new it wasn't to my liking really especially as it was classified as a large SUV but compared to the other large SUV's i've booked it was sub-standard in my opinion

Its raining during getting car and I had to wait outside the roof. During return as well. Better to return car under the roof
