There were no directions provided for picking up the car, carrying luggage felt very confusing. Communication was difficult due to the language barrier, and I had to rely on photos shared by other renters to take the risky route of crossing the road with my luggage. The staff handling the car pickup were not very friendly, and when my credit card payment failed, they would not allow me to switch to another card for payment. Picking up the car requires you to push your luggage to the parking lot on the 6th floor, and drop-off also requires you to drive up to the 6th floor to find staff for inspection. Seven days have passed since the return, and the frozen funds are still not released. Also, the deposit on a very old car was surprisingly high.

Pretty satisfied, it was my second time renting a car so everything went smoothly.

Overall quite satisfied, although there were some minor issues. My English isn't good, which caused some misunderstandings during communication. Fortunately, QEEQ called to help me communicate with the store.

I encountered the same young guy from Montenegro during pickup and drop-off. His service was excellent.
